Ukraine’s actual land neighbours are Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland. Of the six countries listed here, only Hungary and Romania genuinely share a border with Ukraine — Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Latvia, and Lithuania are all located further away without any direct frontier with it.
