Refund Policy
As a general policy, Circular Learnings does not offer refunds on any paid content, including mock test packs or premium access.
Exploring the free resources available on the platform before making a purchase is strongly recommended.
A refund will be considered only in the following case:
- Payment has been made more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the claim being verified.
Cancellation Policy
Circular Learnings reserves the right to cancel any order or subscription at its discretion in the following circumstances:
- The order cannot be fulfilled satisfactorily due to a technical or operational issue.
- The user is found to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing access, misuse of the platform).
Any communication regarding cancellation will be sent to the registered email address within a reasonable time.
